86) Click on the "Add Pages" button . . .

87) . . . click on the "Odds" menu . . . we will be adding pages to this menu . . .

88) . . . all of the available pages are then displayed in a horizontally scrolling window . . . click on the "5" (an odd number, to match the "Odds" menu) . . .

89) . . . and because it is the very first page to be added to the menu item, it is automatically inserted . . . click on the "Odds" menu again, to allow the insertion of another "odd" numbered page . . .

90) This time, click on the "1" . . .
