Updating the Software 1/3 (Windows)

Detecting if updates are available and Updating Windows XP/2000/Vista

Firstly the user needs to activate the DutyCrew Controller application.

Then the user needs to click on the LogIn button in the DutyCrew application:

This will launch the default browser and the DutyCrew entrance page on the user's computer:

The user should then minimise the DutyCrew application:

Then the user should look to the bottom of the browser window, (scrolling if required), where they will see details of the Server and code versions:

To ascertain whether or not there is an update available, the user should click upon the "Check for Updates" button and wait for the response:

In this case there is an update known to be available.
It should therefore be downloaded from one of the dutycrew websites, by clicking on the link and following the links to the upgrade pages (in the downloads area).
