The In-Page help systems (Toggle On/Off)

In the top left hand corner of the window, there are two radio buttons.

They are currently selected to 'Hide Help'

If you click upon the other (Show Help) radio button, then the help system activates:

As you can see the inline help text is now shown.

This is not always wanted, so it can be turned off again . . .
